How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@myndgummies.com with your order number. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- You do not need to return the product to receive a refund.
- The guarantee applies to your first order of each product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before your next billing date. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed. If you'd like a refund on a recent charge, contact us and we'll review it under the 90-day guarantee.
